Judy Tell is an award-winning photographer and photo editor who has worked at the Billings Gazette, Arizona Republic, Ann Arbor News and Charlotte Observer.  She has participated in and documented local, national and international missions.  A lifelong dog owner, she lives in Matthews with her husband, Jeff, and an energetic Welsh Terrier, Dixie.
